A new online platform where you can fill out and submit monthly reports

The goal is to make your life easier and save you time while providing you with services that are secure and efficient.

Enhanced online monthly reports

Improved navigation, automated calculations

Say goodbye to black and white PDFs and beige interfaces. You’ll soon be able to explore our new user-friendly interface directly from your Employer file with features designed to simplify the task of managing your monthly reports.

Our new service will automatically calculate hours and contributions to save you time while reducing the risk of errors. You can fill out and submit the monthly report, anytime and from any location, using your tablet or computer.

Review errors before submit!

A warning will automatically appear if there are any errors in the information you entered. You’ll then have the opportunity to fix these errors immediately or at a later time.

Some errors could prevent the monthly report from being sent and these will need to be corrected immediately before you can submit the report. Don’t worry, messages will appear to tell you what to do.

More flexibility

See the real-time processing status

You’ll be able to monitor the status of your monthly report in real time: “Processing” or “Processed”. A representative of the CCQ will contact you if there are any issues with the report.

Copy/paste, personalize

You’ll be able to copy (or duplicate) the previous month’s report. Simply add or remove employees as needed.

Organize and save documents

You’ll be able to print or save your monthly report and your invoices in PDF format to better manage and share them.

Do you use a service provider?

If you already work with a payroll service, accounting firm, or accounting software, make sure they are on the list of approved suppliers. (link to be provided by the CCQ).
