Here are some of the changes coming to the improved online services:
Starting January 12, 2026: new system, new account
Even if you already have an account, you’ll need to create a new one to access the improved online services. You’ll easily be able to link your file by using your current user ID and password. It will be the simplest way to log in.
We’ll be here to guide you every step of the way with tutorial videos, an FAQ, and enhanced customer support.
Moreover, call centre hours will be extended and temporary regional offices will open to help you the first time you log in. You’ll receive more information soon. Starting in January, your user experience may be temporarily affected. Some technical adjustments may be required and additional delays are possible.
