The improved online services will be available on January 12, 2026!

The Chantier numériccq is designed to provide online services that are more simple, quick, and secure.

Your members will benefit from the following improvements:

  • A client file available on mobile devices.
  • One user account for all their profiles.
  • A safe and simpler way to access data.
  • A modernized way to complete and submit monthly report.
  • Un rapport mensuel amélioré. 

Services suspended from December 17, 2025, to January 11, 2026

Before the improved online services can be launched, a transition period is required to disconnect current IT systems and connect new ones. This transition period will take place during the holidays, starting on December 17, 2025. The services will be available again on January 12, 2026.

During this period:
  • The online services will not be available.
  • Customer service will still be available the week of December 15 but response times will vary. On December 18 and 19, customer service will only respond to emergencies.
  • Regional offices and call centres will be closed exceptionally from December 20, 2025, to January 11, 2026.
  • The MÉDIC Construction app, the MÉDIC website, emergency medical service abroad, and Construire en santé (PAE) will remain open and accessible.
     

Reminder: monthly reports for November and December 2025 will have to be submitted between January 12 and 27, 2026 - No penalties will apply. Hours worked in November and December 2025 will be submitted by employers when the services are available again in January 2026.
