You can modify your monthly report as needed, even after you submit it.

You can now amend a monthly report via your online file.

You must correct (amend) your monthly report if it contained invalid data when submitted.

This modernization includes several regulatory and administrative changes, including the following:

• Statuses M, F, and L will no longer exist
• A better way to determine the late submission penalty
