What you need to know depending on your position

Accounting firm designated contact

  • Create your new account using the credentials you received by email between January 14 and 15, 2026, to link your firm’s new client file with your new account.
  • Add or remove members of the personnel in your firm’s client file and grant the authorizations required to enable them to submit monthly reports.
  • Assist members of the personnel in creating their account.
  • Validate the list of employers converted by the CCQ in your firm’s client file.

Afin que les membres du personnel de votre firme comptable puissent accéder au dossier de votre organisation ainsi qu'aux dossiers de vos clients employeurs, une personne responsable doit être désignée au dossier.

Deux moyens pour désigner la personne responsable :

  • Contactez la ligne réservée aux employeur(-euse)s au 1 877 973-5383.
  • Complétez le formulaire afin la CCQ vous ajoute et vous envoie des coordonnées de liaison.

Monthly reports: postponed and changes 

Submit your monthly reports for November and December 2025 by January 30, 2026. No penalties will apply.

Because we had to shut down some systems to prepare for the launch of the improved online services, the monthly reports for November and December 2025, initially due on January 27, may now be submitted and paid until January 30. No penalties will apply

Regulatory and administrative changes

The launch of the improved online services coincides with the modernized monthly report! It was designed to streamline the administration and regulation aspects, make compliance and transparency easier, and ensure the process is more equitable for all businesses.

Many regulatory and administrative changes will come into force in the next few months.

  • Statuses M, F, and L will no longer exist
  • A better way to determine the late submission penalty
