The Chantier numériccq is designed to provide online services that are more simple, quick, and secure.

You will benefit from the following improvements: ;

  • A client file available on mobile devices.
  • One user account for all their profiles.
  • A safe and simpler way to access data.
  • Online tracking of the requests submitted to customer service.
  • A modernized monthly report

Services suspended from December 17, 2025, to January 11, 2026

Before the improved online services can be launched, a transition period is required to disconnect current IT systems and connect new ones. This transition period will take place during the holidays, starting on December 17, 2025. The services will be available again on January 12, 2026.

During this period:
  • The online services will not be available.
  • Customer service will still be available the week of December 15 but response times will vary. On December 18 and 19, customer service will only respond to emergencies.
  • Regional offices and call centres will be closed exceptionally from December 20, 2025, to January 11, 2026.
     

Reminder: employers will submit hours worked in November and December 2025 when the services are available again in January 2026.

What you need to know depending on your position

Accounting firm designated contact

  • Receive credentials by email to link the firm’s new client file with your user account.
  • Add or remove members of the personnel in your firm’s client file and grant the authorizations required to enable them to submit monthly reports.
  • Assist members of the personnel in creating their account.
  • Validate the list of employers converted by the CCQ in your firm’s client file.

  • Each member of your personnel will have their own account and the ability to access your organization’s file and authorized files. This will enhance security for your clients.
  • An easier way to log in.
  • Information that is easier to find.
  • Greater autonomy to manage your information and resources.
  • The ability to easily submit and track requests with the CCQ online.

Monthly reports: postponed and changes 

Monthly reports for November and December 2025 postponed to January 2026

Because we have to shut down some systems to prepare for the launch of the improved online services, you will need to submit monthly reports for November and December 2025 between January 12 and January 27, 2026. No penalties will apply.
