Extended hours at the call centre
To assist you in creating your new account, Customer Service are temporarily extend its opening hours.
The extend hours of our call centre will end on Friday, February 6. As of Monday, February 9, we will return to our regular schedule.
Temporary extended hours for the following regional offices : Côte-Nord, Bas Saint-Laurent - Gaspésie et Abitibi-Témiscamingue
Monday to Friday:
8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m and from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Quickly find the answers to the most frequently asked questions.
Where can I view my accrued vacation pay?
The total amount of your next vacation pay is listed in the “Mes heures enregistrées” section under “Mon dossier” in the improved online services.
For now, the accrued amount is not available. The Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) is working to improve this section ahead of the upcoming vacation period. In the meantime, you can manually calculate this amount by following the instructions detailed in the article titled “Calculer le montant de la paie de vacances”. It can be found in Bases de connaissances at the top of the page.
Whom do I contact if I can’t find a solution to my problem?
The CCQ’s customer service will be extending its operating hours at the call centre and in some regional offices to provide you with personalized support. Visit the Soutien page for more information.

My accounting firm has not received credentials to link an account. What do I do?
If you have not received the email with your credentials to link an account, please check your spam folder.
Moreover, make sure your your firm’s designated contact has been added to the list of persons authorized to access the firm’s file. You will not receive any credentials if this step has not been done.
