Participation in virtual sessions is free. Support webinars and related communications will be offered in French only. During the sessions, you can ask general questions via the chat.

Will certain services remain available during this period?
Customer service will be available the week of January 5, 2026 but will only respond urgent requests. If your demand is on the list, please contact us via the form Complaint Regarding a Service Provided by the CCQ or at 1 866 736-6700.
Our inspectors will be on duty as usual from January 5 to 11, 2026.
MÉDIC online, emergency medical service abroad, and Construire en santé (PAE) will remain available during this time.
When will the services be suspended and when will they become available again?
Services suspended: from December 17, 2025, to January 11, 2026.
Services available again: starting on January 12, 2026, with the launch of the improved online services.
How do I get a statement of account during this period?
You have until December 17, 2025, to request a statement of account. You will receive more information soon.
