Employers in the construction industry, a big change is coming! Starting in October 2025, the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) would require all monthly reports to be transmitted exclusively online.

The last report accepted in paper format or by phone would be the one for the period covering the month of September 2025. .

Why this change?

This change is part of the Chantier numériccq project, an initiative being taken by the CCQ to modernize its services. The goal is to offer tools that are more efficient, more secure, and adapted to today’s realities.

How can you get ready ?

Register for the online services (SEL) now, at sel.ccq.org;

Consult the list of authorized service providers (accounting software, payroll services).

Contact your employer association or the CCQ’s Direction des ressources financières to obtain personalized guidance.

Adopt a simplified payment method, such as preauthorized debit or payment via your financial institution.
