Because we have to shut down some systems to prepare for the launch of the improved online services, you will need to submit monthly reports for November and December 2025 between January 12 and January 27, 2026. No penalties will apply. 

• Vacation pay for the 2025-2026 holiday period will be paid as scheduled.
• Statements of account for these periods can only be legally required once the monthly reports have been submitted and processed.
• Encourage your employees to track their hours worked and to keep their pay stubs.
