You must correct (amend) your monthly report if it contained invalid data when submitted.

It has been designed to streamline the administration and regulation aspects while making compliance and transparency easier. This ensures the process is more equitable for all businesses.
This modernization includes several regulatory and administrative changes, including the following:
- Statuses M, F, and L will no longer exist
- A better way to determine the late submission penalty
- Mandatory electronic payment

Since January 2026, hours for designated representatives must be declared in monthly reports.
In light of recent status changes, please have all the necessary information on hand for your monthly reports.
